Keystone RV Co. plans to recall certain 2020 Hideout, Springdale and Crossroads Zinger trailers. The spare tire carrier U-bolts may fail allowing the spare tire carrier and spare tire <to> detach from the vehicle. If the spare tire carrier and the spare tire detach from the vehicle while in motion, it can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace U-bolts, free of charge. The company expects the recall to begin April 20, 2020. The number of units potentially affected by this recall is 1099.
