Whoa, whoa, whoa.
I didn't like those colors or those shag rugs and fabrics back in the day. And they look even worse to me now. $120K purchase price - - and another $50-$60-$70K to update everything. No thanks.

Wow...how cool! But not very practical for most of us. I think it might be good for a
dealership that could show it off to attract business. Maybe someone that would want to show it off at car shows.

It's a "classic" definitely not practical for any of us, and not something you'd haul cross country on a vacation (unless it's a vacation to show it at car shows, RV shows, etc)...
Three were made, similar floorplans except for the cargo area. This one to hold two snowmobiles, another to hold a boat in the cargo bay and a third to carry horses. No idea how that one was configured, but I'd guess part of the upper deck had to be modified on that one....
It's a "showpiece, not a functional fifth wheel"... Even with my Thunderbird, finding repair parts makes it impractical to rely on for transportation, so if you "head out driving it" and anything goes wrong, plan on spending days, weeks or months finding parts to get it running again.
This one deserves to be in the RV museum in Elkhart, but I doubt they have the money to successfully bid on it.

It's sort of cool to look at but reminds me of why I like modern "stuff". I wouldn't spring for that kind of money for this though. Look at the video starting at about the 3:10 mark. That paint job on the back of the cab across all the hydraulic lines etc. looks like a quick rattle can job, a pro job wouldn't look like that I wouldn't think.

The orange tiles with "avacado" commode and sinks in the bathroom and bright yellow tiles and upholstery in the kitchen/dining area didn't make me wish for the 70s again. And 5mpg hauling that thing around? Perhaps... They should have mentioned the size of the fuel tank.
