How Long Will Two 30 Pound Propane Tanks Last in Cold Weather?
Roughly how long will two 30 pound propane tanks last in cold weather (say low of ~20F, with highs in the 40s) for heating my TT with a polar package.
Just looking for a ballpark (days or weeks type of estimate).

Not trying to be "funny" but they will last until they run out.....
That being said, the reason I responded this way is that every model RV is different. Many have different size furnaces, different ducting runs, different insulation, different size windows, different owner preference in how high to set the thermostat, different or older door and window gaskets, different cooking habits (causes moisture and increased need to use ceiling vents). So in reality, two RV's of the same model, year and sitting side by side may have significantly different propane use.
So, one camper may get a week per bottle, another may get 10-12 days on a bottle and yet another may get only 3 days on a bottle.....
As I said, not trying to be "funny" just realisticly, there's not a "one size fits all" answer to your question.

And I used 1 30# bottle in 5 days with lows of 0 and highs of 20 with wind and snow at 8000' elevation last hunting season. However, I winterized, and run the furnace at 55* at night and off during the day, and ran an electric heater when I had the genny running to augment, so as they say "your mileage may vary". All you can do is test it out.

If you're plugged in to shore power, get a portable electric heater. Otherwise, don't count on anything more than a week.

meyerske, Howdy;
As JRTJH mentioned, there are a ton of variables to consider.
That said, when I lived in Utah and had -40* F temps. you learn to
check them about every time you go near them ...
They never last as long as you hope they will, so I bought a 'Spare'
30# tank, that way when 1 runs out and while 2 is running, I can
replace 1 with 3 and re-fill 1 and have my spare ready when I need it.
Helps keep my bald head from getting cold. Usually my first indication the heat isn't working while I'm sleeping.

Lows 30s highs 40-50s, thermostat at 70 degrees, cooking with the oven and stove every day. 30 pounds last about a week in my 276RLS Polar Package

One tank in ours last 6 or 7 days and in the winter months we always carry a spare full tank just in case they run out (like at 2am),but everyone will not be the same

I also go about a week in those temps thermostat set on 65 at night lower during the day depending on wind chill. The polar package is tied into your brain it makes you think it's warmmer

I used 40 pounds in 3 days, then i brought a small ceramic heater on full all the time and cut down the usage tremendously. I know u need to be hooked up for power for this option but it helps
