Fuse box label.

I purchased a 2013 39.5 Raptor toy hauler recently.
The previous owner labeled the fuses and I can't read his writing and neither can he. I sent him a picture and he just doesn't know what it says. He only used it 4 times in 8 years. I've been trying off and on all day to find images of what the fuses are to. No success with that. My awnings quit working yesterday and I really need to get them up before Wed. I'm in Conroe Texas and a high wind front will roll in on Wednesday. So I would like to know what each fuse is for. And how do I figure out what is stopping the awnings from retracting.

Typically, two power items don't "magically fail" at the same time, so it's likely a power issue rather than a awning issue.

First, is there a remote control for the trailer? Many during that time frame had both "manual switches" and a "remote control" capability. If one doesn't work, usually the other will.... So, if you have a remote, have you tried it????

If that fails, I'd start by pulling the control panel from the wall and checking power input to the awning switches. They're likely tied to the same power source wire, and if there's power on both switches, then move to the ground on both awnings.

If there is not power on the awning switch input, you should be able to jumper the switches from another source to retract them, then start your troubleshooting to find the problem.

Hopefully you replaced both batteries with a matching new pair.
If only replacing one in a two battery setup will only result in the old battery cannabalizing the new one considerably shorten both lifespans.

Figured out that one of the batteries was too weak. So I replaced both. I do have a remote. But it won't charge. So I'm going to get a replacement. Thank You

Depending on your hand held remote device, many/most of them have a replaceable battery. Some use a standard 2032 (coin battery) while some use a "garage door remote battery". Before spending "big bucks" on a replacement remote, check into just replacing the battery.
