Norcold N306LM8 - 50 degrees

My 2017 Hideout has a Norcold N306LM8 refrigerator that doesn't seem to be working correctly. I was working for about 4 weeks but then had trouble keeping things cold. I know RV refrigerators aren't as good as home refrigerators but this one really sucks.
It does have the thermistor present on the fins but can only cool down to 50 degrees.
If I can't fix it I would like to replace it with a 3 way that will fit in the same spot.
Any suggestions on how to get it to work, or what to replace it with would be appreciated.

I am not going to help much for this, but I once had a fridge/freezer that did not work correctly when the passage from the freezer to the fridge was blocked. If your freezer has suck a passage, make sure it isn’t blocked.
