Non Sliding Window Leak

Noticed a small leak at the bottom of my side window on 2018 Cougar 27SAB...raining pretty heavy. Leak is coming from under the window and on top of the wall paper. I can run a bead of RV silicon caulking around the window and it should stop the leak. Would it be best to pull the entire window out and install a new gasket or seal?

All advice is welcome and appreciated.

If the leak is coming around the entire frame of the window, then yes, ideally it would be best to pull and reseal the whole thing. To test it, though, you might get some water resistant tape and put it on the exterior top and sides of the window, doing your best to seal it against the side of the trailer. If it stops then that tells you that the leak is around the outside of the frame. You can do a temp fix with a bead of sealant around the top an sides pending pulling and resealing the whole window.

If the leaking doesn't stop with the tape then it's coming in some where else.

Is there any chance this might be condensation on the inside of the window? Were you cooking at the time you noticed this?

Just thinking out loud...
