Super slide sagging

i have a 2014 springdale 303bhssr. after our last camping trip i notices some carpet material on the floor after letting out the slide. notice the carpet had been tore a little from the slide. when letting the slide in, the 1 end of it sags when coming in. it does not lift up like normal when retracting. this past weekend when retracting i had to push up to keep the slide from hanging on the carpet and tearing it more. the u-shape booth is on this end. could some additional bracing under the seat help keep the floor up???
