Multiple axle replacement

I am about to take my 2008 Springdale in for what I think will be a third rear axle replacement in the he last three years. I have inside wear on the tires again which is what I had past two times, so I'm figuring same issue again, bent axle. Last time they checked alignment at a truck trailer place and it checked out okay. I have had this trailer for over 7 years and have always carried the same stuff in it so I am pretty sure it is not overloaded, otherwise this would have been an issue in the beginning. About four years ago I got a different truck, but had the equalizer hitch adjusted but that seems to be a possible issue , I'm not sure. Anybody have any ideas on this issue? Can I get a heavier axle perhaps? What I have is 3500# I believe. Thanks for any assistance.

I'm sure you know the definition of insanity? That's what you're going here. Jump up to another axle weight. How bad can it be?
