Thanks for the information from each of you. I contacted Alpha systems and they said it is a mold like substance and to try a little bleach and soft scrub than wash off with Dawn dish soap. If it still there I'm supposed to let them know. The roof is supposed to be a TPO product, same color all the way though. I've yet to try it.

If it is mold you may think about Wet & Forget. Dawn will strip any wax you have off the sides of the camper.
