Angry Exterior paint

I have these small round bubble/chips of paint coming off both sides of the exterior paint on our 2014 Alpine 3590RS. What is it? What do I do?

The exterior wall is fiberglass and the top coat is called a gel coat. It is not paint. From the pictures I can't tell the diameter of the defects but it looks to me like impact damage. Someone practicing their hammering skills? Maybe someone used your camper as a backstop practicing their golf swing?

There have been several threads about this same type of "skin damage". I don't recall anyone posting a solution to repair it, stop it or even to identify the cause. Here's one of the threads: http://www.keystoneforums.com/forums...ghlight=insect

Is it possible there is some moisture behind the skin? Do they occur during freezing temperatures?

What about Hail damage. Call your insurance company.
