2014 Montana Compartment Doors Discoloring

Hello All I am new here. I purchased my Montana 375FLF from a dealer when it was 1 1/2 years old trade in. About a year afterwards I observed the Outside TV compartment door getting discolored around the bottom edges and now since has traveled up the sides. This same problem is starting to happen to other outside compartment doors as well. Has anyone experienced this or know the cause and remedy?

I found that the water leak was coming from the compartment latches. I removed all of them and used a small bead of flex seal. Unfortunately the damage is already done!!!
What junk this industry puts out. If the original foam seal was just a little thicker there would have been no issue.

I had issues with a trailer of another manufacturer. The channel where the front pass through doors were hinged would get water running down and then into the channel. It was caused by the downspouts on the roof gutter being too short and water just ran down the side of the trailer. I bought and installed longer downspouts and problem was solved.

BTW if yours is the same white as they used on our Alpine the regular can of white 2X spray paint they sell at Menards matches. It's a Rust Oleum product if you don't have Menards there I'm sure others also carry it.

Couldn't find a white can.
