Solar awning weak piston?

My 2015 lippert solera awning wont stay up on one end . If the wind blows just a little bit it goes down on one end. There is no way to tighten the awning . Can the pistons be replaced to keep it up?

Yes you can change the pistons, we have done a few. It aint easy but it can be done. You will need the data tag, usually found on the fabric or the roller tube when fully extended.
