Getting ready to close up for the winter what does everyone use to clean their slide seals before closing up. First time owner looking for guidance

Pledge furniture polish.
Seriously the techs at the factory warranty center recommended using it on all the seals & gaskets throughout the rv. I used the dollar store imitation on the last 5er for over 6 years, the seals were good as new the day I sold the rv.

The two options above are both great.

There is a aerosol slide seal conditioner that you buy, quick and easy to use. The seals should have some kind of conditioner sprayed on them twice a year. There is normally a seal on the outside and also on the inside, both need to be taken care of. Position the slide half way out and spray them both.

The 303 is also great to spray on the decals on the outside, the uv protectant will help reduce fading. Use it also on the awning cover after they are closed.

I use "Slide-Out" rubber seal cleaner and conditioner. It's an aerosol foam that you wipe on and off. It can be purchased at Camping World or from an RV dealer. I apply it in the spring when taking it out of winter storage, and again before putting it away for the winter. The camper is 7 yrs old and I've never had a seal problem knock on wood.
