Side deck with no hardware.

I just purchased a 2021 Raptor 249. When I go to attach the steps to the side deck, I discovered that Keystone did not attach the hardware to attach the steps. There is no where for the stairs to attach. (Deck). When call Keystone to get the part, they only send me the loop and not the piece that keeps the steps from sliding off the edge. (Fig A in Loop) They then tell me they don't attach that part in the factory but I know I seen on others.

I called Lippert and they most def send the part with the steps. They were also able to send me the part in question. At least now I can attach my steps.
