Any one know what Keystone had in mind here?

I have these little studs like the ones in my SUV that hold the cargo net all around the outside edge of my ramp. What are they for?

Make, model, year of your rv plus some pictures of "these little studs" would be very helpful in trying to answer your questions.
If you'd go to the "user CP" in the header bar to "edit signature" then add your rv, truck & any other information to help answer future questions without having to always ask "what rv?".

Sounds like the fittings for the fence that goes around the ramp but a picture would sure help a lot.

Since this is a 2011 trailer, I’m wondering if the original buyer didn’t install those. Maybe for a skirt of some type when the ramp was deployed, or support for a porch?

I'm thinking the same... I wonder if they were installed so the previous owner could install "insect screening or screen house on the deck" ... They would be ideal to wrap screening around the deck and secure it underneath, eliminating the need to secure anything above the deck to keep a screen house from blowing away..

Reminds me of the way our pop-up of 30 years ago worked. The canvas had elastic cording around the perimiter that was exposed every couple of feet. The cover would wrap around the outside of the bed slide and the exposed elastic cord would strech around the fastener.

I'd have to agree with the others!
I doubt Keystone had anything to do with those.
