City Water Inlet

Looking for suggestions to minimize outside hose pulling down on the inside (trailer) portion of the city water inlet connection. The weight of the hose when in use has created a slight opening that is allowing rainwater to enter.

Looking for an all metal flange with a lock.

Thanks.....
