My Keystone 26 RLS Cougar will not allow me to connect to power.
I have a 20 amp circuit in my garage and every time I plug in the rig the garage circuit pops.
I turned off my water heater--Pop
I disconnected the battery--Pop
I am at a loss

Turn off all the circuit breakers in your trailer. make sure the main CB is also off, then plug in the trailer. It should not break the house circuit. Then turn on the main trailer breaker. Continue one breaker at a time until you find the one that breaks the house circuit. Somewhere on that circuit is the culprit.

Good Idea,
Did that and narrowed it down to GFCI and General the bottom breaker.
What now?
I can't find a GFI outlet in or out of the coach.
I disconnected the battery completely.
I don't know where the battery charger is located but I am leaning that way.

GFCI outlet is in the bathroom, probably near the sink. They are in most rigs. If not there, then one of the ones on the kitchen counter.

Disconnecting the battery will have no effect on popping a 110vac breaker. The converter is near the fuse/circuit breaker panel; usually below it.
