Leaking slide

Hi we have a 2020 Keystone Premier 26rbr. One of the first times we took it camping in mountains it wasn’t completely level and the slide leaked water on the floor. It spent 3 months at Camping World where they said the slides weren’t right. We have been camping a couple more times and it rained no problem. We are at a campground now and tried several times to move camper to get it level bought leveling blocks and thought we had it close but it rained and the same slide leaked again this time from the ceiling streaming in 3 places. I am thinking it is because it didn’t get completely level but not sure. Thanks for any info!

The top of the slide has a slight pitch to allow water to flow away from the rv. If you’re not level and the water flows towards it, leaks can happen. There are three seal to help stop the water when the slide is open, inner and out wiper seal and inner bulb seal, but there are small gaps in the corners wheee they overlap. If it happens again, try to determine where the water is flowing and wheee it’s getting past the seals. Knowing that will help you determine if there’s a problem that needs to be corrected and how to address it. Also check to see if your wiper seals are fully flipping or if they’re rolled up linnsome spots leaving gaps.
