I don’t know what type hitch you have but when we bought our 5er I purchased the Prolite Auto Slider hitch. I love it we have a F250 quad cab truck with a standard bed. Because of that we couldn’t make sharp turns. With the auto slider hitch, as you turn the hitch slides back and makes it possible to turn sharp turns without worry of the truck and rv striking each other. I never have to worry about how sharp the turn is.

I was a civil engineer's estimator for 20 years. It seems to me that your only real solution is to excavate into the slope on the right side at the top of the driveway to create a turnout. You seem to have plenty of space to get rid of the excess dirt. Excavate below driveway level so you can put in 6" of compacted base and 6" of concrete. Not necessarily cheap but permanent and it solves your problem.Agood backhoe guy should be able to do this excavation in 1-2 days, so maybe ÷/- $5000 and another$5000 for base and concrete. Also improves your property value.

Just a thought from looking at your pic, that rock light pole sitting in the middle of the driveway looks like an obstacle. Is it possible you could move it to the left side of the driveway or relocate elsewhere?

I was going to suggest removing the rock light thing and cutting in new drive there as well. The turn I have to back into is about 40 degrees and the initial part is heavily sloped. You just need more turn in area. The civil engineer was right on the money.
