Are you sure it's "ladybugs" or is it possibly "Ladybird Beetles or Asian Lady Beetles" ???

https://plunketts.net/blog/ladybugs-...n-lady-beetles

We have a significant problem with the asian beetles every fall when the weather gets cool and they start looking for warm places to "winter"....

Around my place they seem to alternate with stink bug swarms. Both are quite offensive. I've not found anything to repel either pest. I just keep a small vacuum cleaner handy and suck 'em up whenever I see one and empty the dirt bag often.

Yep, the camper and the house actually. And the only cure I know is the vacuum cleaner!

Not with the trailer...but our house we have/had a problem with cluster flies and lady bugs. Lady bugs and cluster flies seem to return to live inside the walls of the house during the winter. When doing over the siding of the house that had old 3/4" boards for sheathing with tar paper cover we opted to bite the bullet and overlay zip sheathing and taped/sealed every crack we could. This improved the situation but did not get rid of them entirely. I finally did a lot of research bought this stuff, put on a "hazmat suit" and applied the following stuff on all sunny sides of the houses (the north side is uninteresting to them). This was done in the fall just before the first frost. It got 'rid' of them. As I can count the number we find in a month...before it literally would be the 1000s. We kept a vacuum on hand 24x7.

Asian beetles at my house. They first showed up about 5 years ago. No one knew what they were. Pest control guy first thought they were lady bugs. I've seen them rain down out of oak trees. They get in the RV's and a few in the house.
