No second water tank fill

Keystone Acadia 3660. the way it was explained to me . Move upper blue lever to fill and when one tank starts over flowing move blue lever under it to tank 2 and it will fill the second tank. The front tank continues to fill no matter where the tank fill valve is pointing. Also the panel inside is labeled wrong as the full tank shows empty and the empty tank shows full🤔

Welcome to the forum

Im looking at your picture and Im trying to see the top black valve. It looks like it has to point UP to fill the 2nd tank. Then the left blue knob has to be in the DOWN position and the bottom blue valve in the RIGHT position.

Yes, it looks like you have to "play with the knobs" to get the right combination to fill whichever tank. From the looks of it (and I don't know why) you have to use the upper right black knob to select a tank as well as the lower blue ones? Also as a note, when viewing a video on that trailer the product manager for Arcadia said that there was an "additional" water tank under the bed but only 30gals. Seems you have something in the realm of a 70 gal. tank underneath and an additional 30 under the bed so they won't fill in the same time.

I thought the black valve denoted the back flush for gray and black water as there the top hose connection.. I thought blue was fresh potable water….

Possibly, if you could post a photo of the ENTIRE panel, not just the center part of the panel...... That might help people who don't have your specific trailer to understand better how the panel is laid out....

You've got 1 black tank and one black tank flush; that inlet is in the upper left and labeled. You won't have a flush for the gray tank...or at least I've never seen one. Also the upper right black valve indicates for tank "fill" for tank 1 and I assume 2 - you won't be doing that on a black tank. A full picture would be beneficial but I think you just aren't turning enough valve knobs in enough "right" directions.

I don’t know why I would have to turn the black valve as I was told that was was for black flush on the top hose connector

Looking at your last pic:

Black valve determines which tank you fill, the top blue is for tank fill or “city water” service and lower blue also determines which tank is filling.

Remind me why Keystone calls this a "convenience center"? Seems to me the complexity is a short cut to a water accident of some sort.

So leave hose connected to middle hose location? Then play with the black valve?

Both tanks full👍

Great support here in the forum. I got both water tanks full. Anyone know if I have to do anything to dedicate what tank I’m pulling from?? 3660 Arcadia

I guess it's convenient if someone first correctly explains how to use it and you write down those instructions. I know it's expecting too much but if the person conducting the PDI would A.) Know how it works and B.) Would take 30 seconds to write it down for the customer it would sure help.

The bottom valve is what tank that you are pulling water from. It's says "fill" but that is incorrect. I should say "select". I used a sharpie and marked all my valves the way they should be.
