When I added a second TV to the sleeping area, I secured the mount I purchased with 2 large self tapping screws into the area that was labeled for the mount. I believe they placed a piece of wood in the interior of the wall during construction, I'm guessing it might be a 6" x 6" x 3/4". Knock on the wall with your knuckles and you can confirm its location. I used a full articulating/tip down mount that I purchased on MONOPRICE.COM They have a wide selection of mounts for very reasonable prices. After 2 years of use, its still very much secured to the wall. Hope this helps!
