Good Keystone customer service
So I got a surprise phone call from Keystone following up on an issue that I reported a week ago. Basically, they were calling to confirm that my dealer has setup an appointment with me to do repair attempt #4 on a happi-jack adjustment (relatively minor issue) and repair attempt #2 on a slide issue (bigger issue).
The dealer hasn't been returning my call since I accepted the RV with incomplete repairs, but Keystone is actually following up with them and pressing the case.
I'm quite impressed that I'm getting a little "direct" consumer support and although Keystone is indicating that they don't have any other options at the time being, they are attempting to assist.
My compliments... I wasn't expecting any follow up.
