Ladder bike rack

I am in the market for a ladder mounted 2 bike rack. Does any one have any suggestions or experience on a good one to purchase. Looking for something sturdy and easy to load and unload.
Thanks......

Bought the swagman bolt on hitch as well as the swagman bike rack. Getting the bumperreinforced on Monday to sustain the weight.
