Has anyone experienced problems with hinges on entrance door. Door is very hard to open and it seems the bottom hinge is bent. Can't figure out how this would happen. Unit has been sitting for a couple of months and this started about 3 weeks ago. Keystone has not been helpful in providing information on where we can buy these replacement hinges.

We haven't encountered any issues like that but you may want to check the screws holding the door and around your trailer. I went around mine last week and found many screws that were loose and about to fall out.

On the bottom of the door this is a plastic striker plate that rubs on the threshold, if your door seems to be dragging on the bottom when opening, the door needs to be raised just a little, or the screen door will bind from time to time. When a lot of us get into our rv and have the door open and the screen door shut, we use the screen door as leverage to get in and put downward stress on the hinges and bend them, if this is the case, just pull up on the screen door and bend the hinges upward a bit. Hope this helps..

My hinges were mounted with a 2" difference from bottom of opening, causing the door cylinders to work against each other. I remounted them equally and higher to allow the door to open further on my service center door, this eliminated the knock'n noggin syndrome. Opens smoothly now.
