Roof fitting patch?

What can I use as a quick patch for several splits I have in the 'putty' that was applied around all the penetrations through the rubber roof? I need to get them patched quickly due to the forecast for more rain.

The best answer would be something I can get quickly and locally.

See the thread "Sealant on RV roof cracking under the "Repairs and Maintenance" section. What ever you do, do not use anything that contains a petroleum distillate on a rubber roof. Even some Dicor products contain petroleum distillate, so read the labels.
