2020 cougar half ton 22RBS Awning problem

Awning was stuck a few days ago but I hit retract and then extend and it released and extended. Today, however, it won’t extend and I cannot hear any motor sound at all so not sure what to do. I checked all fuses (did replace 1 that was blown although no idea what it controlled!). All other fuses look fine. Not sure which fuse drives awning as not marked on panel but again all fuses look fine and it has been working fine except for that one small issue last week when it appeared ‘stuck’ but released. Thoughts? Thanks so much!

Sometimes the arms get stuck together. Happens to mine every once in a blue moon. Try pulling on the arms to make sure they’re not stuck. If the motor is working, and the fuses are all good, the motor may have gone bad. I’m not aware of any in line fuses or resets on the awning. Some of the other guys may know of something.
