Keystone Recalls and Resources

Just as a reminder for everyone, Keystone does issue recalls from time to time on their various product lines. However, best I can tell, the recalls generally do not get passed on to us owners. (This may not be 100% accurate, but since I found several recalls that affect my specific rig, it certainly has been the case for me.)

To find out about recalls, go to the Keystone website and click on the Customer Service link (http://www.keystonerv.com/?page=service). Partway down the page is a drop down to pick your brand of trailer with a button next to it to Search for My Recalls. This will take you to a list of recalls which you can then download or print out. They are all in PDF format.

If you do not get recall notices from Keystone or your dealer, I strongly urge you to check this page one or more times per year.

Also on the Customer Service page, you will find links to various revisions of Keystone's Owners Manuals.

There is also a link to their video library and contact info. I heartily recommend that first-time RV owners view the videos for basic information about RV systems. They explain things very well and will answer many of your questions.

Will check this out for sure! Had forgotten I had signed for this forum . I can not believe all the issues with new units , least I know I wasn't the only one . You would think that keystone would put more time in quality instead of quantity, thanks for the post again
