Can see the wall beams on the outside of the Coach

All,

I have a 2020 Keystone Outback 301UBH. This is the first trailer I've had that has the "smooth" Fiberglass sides. Anyways, on both sides, you can actually see where all of the vertical wall studs are, they are pressing on the fiberglass from the inside. Is this normal? Ill try to get some pictures.

In certain weather conditions the framework will be very visible from the outside from condensation. Normal and nothing to worry about.

The walls are “vacuum bonded”, making the exterior walls, framework and interior wall pretty much 1 structure.

Keystone walls are actually pinch rolled not vacuum bonded, but regardless of the process used, yes it is normal for the wall studs to be visible from the outside. I can’t remember the exact amount of pressure, but I think it’s something like 50,000 PSI that the pinch roller applies to the wall as it goes through.

Completly normal because the aluminum studs change the thermal transfer at a different rate than the foam core. If you looked at it with a good ir camera you could see the same thing. It's like a can of soft drink or beer, the can will "sweat" where the liguid is but not above it once opened.

Also remember that condensation collects on the cooler surfaces of the trailer sidewall. That means when it's cold, the "aluminum skeleton of the trailer" will collect moisture from the air. Early in the mornings you can see this "very prominently displayed by the dew collected on the trailer"...

As the sun hits the trailer, that dew will be evaporated by the sun's heat. What's left is all the contents of the dew (chemicals, acids and dirt/dust) which is literally baked into the fiberglass exterior of the trailer...

That "sun baking the dew" process can/will lead to permanent stains that can't easily be removed from the trailer exterior surfaces....

A good coat of wax or other protectant and keeping the trailer clean go a long way toward keeping your trailer "looking new for a lot of years"... Ignoring the dew and the "dried on dirt" will become a permanent part of your trailer's "decor" if you don't stay on top of keeping it in check.....

Perfectly normal. Yes. Sweating beer can principle.

Ours does this quite often, especially in cold weather camping.
