GE RARWT2B Thrmostat

Our GE thermostat has never worked since Dec 23 we puchased it. Found wiring not connected when connected we get a backlight but nothing else. Dealer is trying to go through warranty. But still unable to get one in. Any ideas on where to get one or to fix this one?

Have you tried to contact the manufacturer yourself? Sometimes things get lost in translation when trying to go through 2 or 3 channels to get something. I don't know about GE but when I had trouble with a Dometic thermostat I just called them, explained the problem, gave them the thermostat info and they just sent me one. Now if it's wiring that will be a different story.
