Yeah, and when the inevitable "turns out I didn't like RVing" glut hits the market, their resale value is going to suffer because of it. There will be a lot of bargains available, but they are going to need a lot of PDI even to decide the correct fire-sale price.

One of the latest trends with the RV market is folks are buying an RV and then living full time in one as a permanent residence.. They find an RV park that does long term rental and get the RV that will get them by and set it up and that's home... We see it here in Idaho and also many other areas.

Some of the areas we travel to every year we book a year in advance.. have needed to do this for at least the last 7 years in some areas..

I always get a chuckle with some of the posts I see.. such as: does my water heater work on LP? How do I run my furnace? Do I need to grease anything? Where are the manuals? and then the sad ones such as .. I just bought a 41 foot triple axle toy hauler and my 2500 is bottomed out..

The local RV lots up in Boise Idaho "CW and Bish" have full lots of RVs of all types and have been this way all year
