Samsung Residential Water Loose Inside

I have a 2018 Montana 3791RD. It came with a Samsung 3-door residential refrigerator. Every 3 or 4 days, I have to bail out the bottom of the unit and dump the water out of the two vegetable / meat drawers. I’m told the problem lies with a manufacturing defect that can be remedied with a $13 part. Problem with that is the evap drain tubes in the back of the frig have to manually drained. That means pulling the frig down off of the slide it’s on which 4 inches higher than the kitchen floor. I’m not sure exactly how you’d do that. Anyone have any experience with this? Oh, and, by the way, this isn’t the only issue with this frig. It’s totally crap. If you’re looking at buying an RV with a Samsung frig, I strongly suggest you do so only after the seller replaces the frig. You’ll regret it otherwise.
