Preowned 3250RL Alpine 5th wheel

We bought a 2014 3250RL Alpine and having one issue after another.
A rat got in somewhere around the furnace area and must've chewed something because we lost our furnace, electricity in 3 outlets and we bought a new GFI, but it keeps tripping. My husband and son are now looking at converter. Has anyone had this problem? Oh and now we can't get our hydraulic jacks up.

I most likely can help with all your Alpine issues.. I own a 2014 Alpine.

1. Furnace lost? do you mean it isnt showing up on the Dometic CCC2 dual zone thermostat as FURN when you scroll thru selections while in ZONE1?

2. GFCI tripping.. Id begin by removing each outlet downstream from the GFCI and verify the wires are inserted into the spring clips on the back side of the SC (self contained RV ) outlets

3. Converter issue? Id start FIRST by disconnecting the battery leads and the with shore power applied use a multi meter in DC volt scale and measure the output of the converter at the removed battery leads.. should read 13.4 to 13.8 volts DC

4. Hydraulic six point level up system problems> assuming your battery is charged when you try to raise or lower any of the levelers or front LG do you hear the hydraulic pump motor run? If not let me know

Lets address one issue at a time starting with the converter output
