Storing grey/black/fresh tanks

Looking for some opinions on storing tanks. I have never torn one apart so I have no clue what’s inside. I do not need to winterize due to weather and using the rig year round at least once per month. I have a sewer dump in the yard and flush the grey and black 3-5 times after each trip.

My question is what storage method is best, dry or wet? To me I would think wet so that nothing ever dries into the tanks. I usually keep the black tanks full, the grey and fresh tanks with about 10 gallons and dump right before leaving unless we are try camping then I will travel will a full tank of fresh. Any benefits to either method?

Between trips I store with the fresh and gray tanks dry.

After flushing the black tank I put in a few gallons of water along with a black tank chemical pack.

I use a storage facility so I keep my fresh at 1/3 full (so I have water for cleaning).
My Grey tanks empty.
My black tank with a few gallons and chemicals, just in case...
