Our 2016 Montana High Country 353TO slider on the door
side failed. It did some 'creaking,' and the motor pulled out of the wall along with the motor's electrical connection wires. The chain is tight on one side of the motor, and very loose on the back side of the motor. The cables outside are loose. The slide on the outside is not even top to bottom (I have pictures). I am going to check with a step ladder tomorrow. Any advice at this time on how to repair. Does anyone have this experience. Thank you
