If your slide is a cable operated slide, the motor and manual control will probably be located above the slide on the inside of your coach. You'll access the motor by removing a portion of the fascia at the top of your slide.
If your slide is a ram operated slide, the motor is under your coach, located between the frame rails, on one of the ram tubes. You'll access the motor by cutting/removing an access hole in the coroplast under the motor.
Depending on the type of slide you have, there will be a tool that is to be used to drive the manual operation. On cable slides, it looks like a spring with fittings on the end for a socket/drive bit. On ram slides, it's a tool similar to the stabilizer jack drive or you may need a ratchet/socket (usually not provided) from a common tool kit.
Your trailer probably has a Solera awning. There are several types, I'm assuming yours is a power awning. Again, there are several types, some have a manual access port and some don't. Lippert provides information on how to retract each specific awning type on their website. I'm including a link to the power awnings with (and without) the manual over-ride.
