2016 3710FL Shower Drain Access

Hello all!
I have an new issue on my trailer with the walk-in shower drain gasket. It appears that the rubber gasket is failing. I first noticed that the gasket had begun to "ruffle" a bit and so went into the pantry area where there's a hatch and could see a small bit of water just under the drain connection. Problem is, I cannot reach the drain nut from that hatch. And the space underneath the pan is only roughly 5" from the floor. There is a 3" tall baseboard that runs along the exterior edge of the shower just under the sliding doors, ehich I haven't attempted to remove yet mainly because when i look over toward the inside of that area theres a sort of wooden box built up right behind where that baseboard is and it has screw heads showing on that side. I will probably ho ahead and try to remove that baseboard in the next few days when i get some time to mess with it just to see what i run into but thought I'd put itnup here to see if anyone else has run into this and possibly figured out thevbest way to access that drain? I don't have a storage bay underneath either as Ive read in other posts here on the forum. Anyway, I appreciate whatever tips tricks or info you might have!

You should be able to take the cover off the drain and use a drain wrench to tighten the drain. Google drain wrench. Big box stores have them for $10 -$15.
