Hello from Colorado - Dealer looking for "skinny"

I just went work for a small RV dealership in Colorado managing their websites. I'm new to the RV industry and our dealership sells Keystone RVs. I thought this might be the perfect place to get the real skinny on what Keystone clients think about their RVs. I'm looking forward to reading the posts and comments.
Cheers!

I think you are in for some real learning . I think our biggest problem is getting keystone to step up and take of things when it's a manufacturing problem . I have been on two factory tours and it was not hard to see why there are problems . They put to much on quantity and not enough on quality!!

You might want to visit these three sections of the forum:
1) Keystone Questions - Here you will find a poll which asks our members if they would buy another Keystone again; and,
2) Keystone RV Service and Warranty Issues - Here you will find problems that members have had with their Keystones -- dealership and Keystone issues; and finally,
3) Keystone RV Support/Kudos - the positive side of things.

Rather than having members repeat what has already been said earlier, browsing through the posts and threads in the sections above, you should be able to get a pretty good sense of the "skinny" you are looking for.
