Power Update: 250W Solar Panel & 4 6Volt Batteries

Power Update:

Some of you have seen my power converter/12volt stand alone generator battery video, and my power inverter instal video. Well in light of ALWAYS having a project to keep me busy, I have been busy again...

Since my last post I have added a 250W solar panel on the roof of the RV, solar control unit, solar monitoring unit, and 2 more 6 volts for a total of 4 batteries. I did this during the 2014 camping season in light of a 3 week getaway we did as a family where we were going to be "Off the grid." This proved to be a very nice well rounded power setup for our application. The panel - although relatively large off the roof - sits very nicely on the roof all mounted up. In direct sunlight it has no problem keeping up with our nightly battery draws and keeps our batteries all topped up. Please see my pics (sorry for the white stuff - we are getting some spring snow today ) and let me know your thoughts!

My battery storage compartment is like yours but my shelf above my 2 -6 volt batteries is to high to install 2 more batteries . Was yours that way? And how do you remove the bottom two looks cramped.

The lower 2 batteries are removed through a common hole in the bottom of the tray. I will try and get you a better picture as I'm sure the above explanation is a little confusing.
