Power in Trailer issues??

I just took my Keystone Hornet to the dealer for a warrenty leak a week ago.. (its brand new)I got it back and now everythang works fine inside( Radio,TV, lights, etc) under the battery's power.. Now if I plug it up and try to use the 30amp power alone only the microwave works?? I dont want to carry it back to dealer they are so slow on warrenty stuff.. I am new to RVing... Is there something Im missing?? I have checked all fuses, and breakers??

One or two of your ac outlets are GFIC and control the rest. Check if they are tripped and reset. Radio and lights and water pump are 12v dc. TV works on battery ???? I don't understand what you mean by "30 amp power alone" . When shore power is connected and all the breakers are on, 12v dc is provided by the converter and 120v ac is provided to outlets and other ac appliances. (A/C, Fridge, microwave,TV, etc.) More info is needed as to what works when plugged in or not.
Hope this helps, Hank

Thanks for the help Hank.. What I mean by 30 amp, is hooked to a outside source, the only thing that works is the microwave.. I can run off the battery and I turned the radio, and all the lights inside on.. I did not turn the TV on, I was just making an example above.. Sorry fo the confusion.. I did hit reset on the outside plug (outdoor kitchen) and the bathroom plug..

Do you have more than one panel? I know in the montana's that use a 50amp service, there are sometimes two panels and the first will have a breaker that then feeds the downstream panel...just a thought, although on the 30a, I think you have just the one panel...are you good with a voltmeter? can open the panel and check the output on the breakers...also maybe turn them all off and then back on again..
