Newbie tow vehicle question

I have a 25ft TT=4980 dry.Ok so I don't have a clear idea if I'm towing more than I should.Of course i was told that i could tow this trailer with this truck by the salesmen.been out 4 times so far with the trailer.i do use wdh/sway control also.here are the specs that i know for sure
Gvwr 6900,
vehicle capacity weight 1255
Tow cap 7800
Gaw front4000,rear4100
Curb weight front3235,rear2305
Actual truck weight,5400+humans350,dirtbike240,gas150,,misc100= 6240
Trailer 4980 dry
trailer carrying capacity 2520
Actual tongue weight loaded 600(used a tongue cale).it seems like I'm at my limit but I'm new to trailers and its hard to unerstand all these numbers.any suggestions would be appreciated

I am sure that it will tow ok. You seem to be at or over on payload and close on all numbers. What type of TV do you have.

TV is a 2008 tundra, dbl cab,4x4,4.7 w/tow package, trailer brakes. It tows/stops fine, the 5.7 would of been a better option but I didn't plan on towing when I got it.i also wont be taking the dirtbike most of the time.don't want to put put anyone in danger or damage my vehicle's either

My trailer is a 24RKSWE 2012 Cougar towed by a 2012 Tundra, Dbl Cab, 2wh drive, 4.6V8, tow rating 8,200Lb with tow package. Below are scale weights observed on 8/24/13, see how they compare with your numbers?
Fully loaded Tundra, full tank of gas, both wife and I and trip load, total scale weight front axel 3,220Lb (3,900 Max), rear axel 2,340Lb (4,000 Max), truck total weight 5,560 (6,700 Max). Now add loaded trailer, truck front axel 3,100, rear axel 3,180, total for truck 6,280Lb, (6,700 Max) leaves 420Lb unused. 720Lb increase with WDH to truck. Trailer attached to truck both trailer axels on scale, trailer weight 5,500Lb (Max 7,200), GCWR 11,780 (Max GCWR 14,000). Trailer stand-alone weight Est. 6,220Lb. Tongue weight capasity 1,060. Check your manual and inside drivers doors for weights. Do search for more information.

The owners manual specs and door sticker specs for the truck are listed in my first post, sorry i didn't make that clear.the only actual weights I know so far are the actual truck weight and actual tongue weight using a tongue scale. We are taking it out next weekend so that would be a good time to go through the scales.

Stopped at the scales on the way out this weekend.full tank of gas with all our food/gear in the trailer.i did not unhook the trailer rather drove each axle over the scale
actual scale weights=
truck front axle=3,540(4,000 max)
truck rear axle=3,440(4,100 max)=6,980(6,900 max)
trailer both axles=5,200(7,500 max)=12,180(13,500 max gcw)
Looking at those numbers the truck gvwr is over its limit right??

Over by 80 pounds. It should be easy to shift some cargo to change that.
