Logged out

Can someone tell me how to stop getting logged out ever 5 minutes? I'm on other boards and don't get logged out for 30 minutes. Is there a setting or something I need to change?

I've looked at your registration and you might want to review the settings there to make sure nothing has changed.
I noticed that in the "User Group" box ---->Options----> Time----> Options , you don't have the Forum Default box checked and it says "Zero days". On mine it reads "Forum Default".
???? Hope this makes sense.
