Great Response from Keystone

Bought a Cougar 327RES at this year's Tampa RV show. I had the problem with the lower half of the slide control panel dying that I have seen mentioned in this forum. I emailed Keystone about the problem on Thursday March 28th. On the following Monday morning a Keystone Tech actually called me and explained the problem and the work-around. There is still no permanent fix. I consider that pretty good customer service!

That was a good response, but the correct fix for the problem would be for Keystone to discontinue using that panel until the issues can be resolved, since they are known to be problematic.
