First Warranty Service
Dropped our new Cougar 279RK off at the dealer for some fixes on the way to our first voyage. Several problems were resolved by expert technicians:
1) Free standing dining table: was re-attached to slide (screws had stripped)
and leaf was readjustaed to extend properly
2) Stove: top had a minor chip in the enamel. They replaced with a new stove top
3) Microwave: laminated glass on inside of door had a bubble. Tech said it would only get worse, over time. Ordered us a new microwave
4) Bathroom vanity laminate: edging was loose. Tech reinstalled and calked to prevent future water damage
5) Something sharp poking up on slide carpet in front of sofa: Staple removed and carpet secured
6) 2 Cabinet doors out of adjustment: hinges were adjusted and doors are now in alignment and close properly
Tech also answered some questions we had about various functions.
All these corrections were made graciously, without question and in a reasonable amount of time. We were in and out in just over an hour and on our way to our first destination - Loon Lake
