Hi there. Have you considered updrading to a E rated 22575r15 ST? I upgraded my Chinese junk D's to Maxxis 22575R15 E's and it was a good choice for me. I believe they are rated for 3800 lb, as are my wheels. My wheels also can handle the 80psi so I am in good shape.
I am not sure if there are many options for LT tires in 15".

i would go with load range "e" tires but please make sure your rims will be safe with the higher air pressures.

Rim rating usually stamped on rear, or in valley UNDER the tire.

Another poster listed these, no idea if they are any good.

There are a lot of new tires being introduced to the USA market. Some are very suitable replacements for your particular tires. One of those options is the Contiental Vanco 225/70R15 LRD. It’s a European designed commercial truck tire rated at 2470# at 65 psi and has a 106 MPH speed rating. You can find them at Sears, Wal-Mart, tires-easy.com, simple tire.com and more.

The Goodyear Cargo G26 is available in the same size with the same specs.
