Low point drains

Hello. We've had problems with our low point drain pipes freezing. How do you correct this?

Since they hang down “out in the breeze”, you could try covering them with some sort of wrap. I don’t have freeze issues in my area, so I’m thinking someone else will respond with more/better ideas.
