A Personal Milestone

As I complete my 1,000th post, I wanted to share a few thoughts.

17 months ago I joined this forum to get some information and impressions on my new fifth wheel. Little did I know then how much of a "group" you guys are.

Over that time, I've come to respect the experience held by members of this group and have learned a lot from you. I've shared, privately, some thoughts and personal ideas and have come to know and respect some of you even more than just as "fellow forum members". I've offered advice, some of it "sage" and some of it technically difficult to understand. I hope that with the bits of experience I've shared, that I've helped some of you resolve problelms, understand your RV a little better and/or helped you have a better camping experience.

With that, I look forward to the next 1,000 being even better than the first.

Thanks to all who have offered me advice and shared experiences with me (even the olive oil secrets). Hopefully someday we'll meet and share some time in a campground somewhere across this great land of ours...

Godspeed and great camping !!!

John

lol, I sometimes refer to this group as the salad group, just cause of the olive oil. I've enjoyed your posts but I have never made any notes here on what colored socks you wear.

ha, just had to mention it (now ducking from festus, who must be on the road somewhere).

Thanks for your dedication to the forum. I always find your posts an interesting read - and even agree with them most of the time
Forum members being willing to share their expertise and experience with those of us less traveled is what makes the forum work!
