Thermostat issue - heat
We have a brand new outback which we love but for some reason the heater will only come on if you cycle through the thermostat option screen and let the roof air come on for a second? This is our 4th RV so we are pretty familiar with all the systems but this issue is odd? We are out camping now so looking for a solution if possible until I can get it in for warranty work.

if you have this control I believe you have to set the mode to auto when you switch to the heat mode from AC...

And as a note, that appears to be a Dometic CT thermostat which has inherent problems so just be aware.
