Subfloor

I brought my camper home parked it, The next day decided to put the new shower head in, I took my shoes off and steped into the trailer, I could feel a hole in the floor about the size of a tennis ball, And the wood was cracking, Called the dealer and its going back tomorrow, I am glad i picked it up early so i had time to find these issues and hopefully i get it back before the end of march, The fingers are crossed. The trailer is a 2011 sprinter so it was last years model and was on the show room floor when i bought it, So im sure it had alot of foot traffic.
