Dometic A/C

Anyone have any issues with the iN-Command system and their Dometic A/C units not coming on when the temperature reaches over 100 degrees inside the coach? I have a Cougar 338RLK 2019, and am having this issue. It has the Global iN-Command system in it. Everything in the coach is run through this unit.

1. Are you in the trailer when it gets to 100`F

2. Are you plugged into 110v

If the first is true... WHY??? I'd have been asking at 80`

I am hooked up to 30amp at my house. No, I’m not staying in it at 100 degrees. I live in the south and we have extremely hot days. When I go out to the coach to open it up and get it ready for whatever, it is 100 degrees or better inside. When this happens the A/C (Dometic) will not come on. I only run one unit as I am hooked to 30amps. I have to open the windows and turn on the vent fans to cool the coach down below 100 degrees. As soon as it drops to 99 inside, I can then turn the A/C on. Looking to see if anyone else has this problem and how they were able to get it fixed. Thank you.

I don't get it...a brand new RV AC not coming on...what did you set on your thermostat? A 30 amp supply should start the AC when it's called for at let's say 74 degrees...

I’m being told by ASA Electronics (Maker of iN-Command Systme) that Keystone is having issues with the Gateway between the Dometic A/C units and the iN-Command system.

There have been other posts about this that have indicated that it is an In-Command bug.
